Then, answer the following questions:

In the very beginning of the podcast, the host talks about an episode of The Office and describes the “surf-n-turf.” Essentially, when your company or your boss pays for your dinner, most times, employees will pick the surf-n-turf option (with a side of lobster!). How does this relate to healthcare as discussed in the podcast?

In the Utah Medicaid program example, described what happened when Medicaid moved from a fee-for-service payment model to a fixed payment model? Also, what is the name of this “fixed” payment model?
Vivian Lee argues that wages have been stagnant because employer’s have to pay more and more to provide healthcare to their employees. In essence, an employees “pay raise” is going towards their healthcare contribution. Do you agree or disagree with this argument? Please use at least 1 outside resource to support your answer.

Describe the care delivery model of Chen Med and the Military Health System.
