2. Organize the narrative sections or body of the formal quality project plan using headings and subheadings to signal parts of the overall DNP Project. (AACN 4.1, 4.2, 4.3)

3. Design a project plan aligned with the organizational strategy to demonstrate a more efficient system as reflected in the various phases as the quality project progresses. (AACN 2.5, 3.5 7.2, 7.3

4. Collaborate with the DNP Project Team, the faculty, and the clinical preceptor to develop the DNP quality project plan while earning clinical hours. (AACN 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.4, 10.3)
5. Construct the Quality Improvement and Management for Research and Practice project paper for this course. (AACN 4.1, 4.2, 4.3)

6. Write a proposal to secure approval from the Institution for Regulatory Board (IRB) of the approved healthcare facility and from Charles Drew University IRB department (AACN 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 5.1, 5.2)
