Using your Dream Home/Home Improvement project, design a color board to sell your client on your ideas. You should include other soft materials, fabrics, etc. to help promote your design.
You will need to provide the following information:
Google slides or Powerpoint presentation, turn in PDF form
10 Cover – overall interior picture or a picture of your color board, title and name
10 Profile information (Who is your client? Age, lifestyle, etc) – Should be fairly detailed in speaking about them, but page can be bullet points.
20 Objectives – What are they trying to accomplish? – Should be fairly detailed with what they need, want and problems solved. Bullet points are fine as you will discuss.
20 Floor plan (must be rendered with flooring material, color, products to scale)
20 Materials/pictures of items, either roughly by main rooms or overall page with significant items.
20 Timing – Construction timeline, what comes first, etc. Check out the internet and devise your own. Should be in order as well as timing from grading to move-in.
Please don’t use more than one concept photo, more product photo than concept photos.
Additional Floorplans/elevations can also be included in your design if they support the specs. Please color/render in the floor plan the colors the materials would be, mostly the flooring in each room, etc.
