You will use what you learned from the module learning objectives to create visualizations based on stock market information. You are free to use either Microsoft Excel,

Google Sheets, or Microsoft Power BI to complete the assignment. The following resources will help you with parts of the assignment. The following are examples from Storytelling with Data and contain examples of the visualizations in Microsoft Excel. Use the data from stocks you are interested in to create 4 different visualizations following best practices from Storytelling with Data chapters 1-3. If you use Power BI or Google Sheets, make sure you export your assignment as a PDF file for submission. If you use Microsoft Excel, you can attach the workbook file. Complete the following steps: Download tech-stocks.zip Download tech-stocks.zipand extract the CSV files to your computer.

Import the data into one of the tools mentioned in the overview above. Format the numeric values (percent, accounting, etc.) based on the type of data. Create visualizations based on the data. You are free to download more data if you want, the stock data is from Yahoo FinanceLinks to an external site. and can be downloaded from the historical data from the stock summary page. Your 4 visualizations should follow the Gestalt Principals and best practices from the book.

You may create the visualizations off of one set of stocks, or you can use multiple stocks.
