List all important projected key events, releases, milestones etc. Think as far into the future as possible. The sooner something is planned, the more detail you should be adding as far as the necessary steps.

This is where you explain the marketplace you aim to impact / be a part of. We should get the impression you’ve done your research and are qualified to speak about this area. What is the market size? The more details about the key artists / individuals / businesses demographics, audience and driving factors in play, the better. This is where you show your competition / potential competition and tell us what this research has taught you. You also speak to any COMPETITIVE EDGE that your business / venture / project has. Speak to DIFFERENTATION and how you might stand out.
