Last week we talked about the structure of space, which led us to a discussion of spacetime, the four-dimensional universe we live in. In doing so, we mentioned time but never actually discussed what time is. Time also plays an important role in the movie Interstellar, specifically the effect that gravity can have on time. So this week we will explore time.
