Deliverable:
• Executive memo (≤ 2 single-spaced pages – see executive memo writing guidelines in the MemoGuidelines_MSMIT2024-25_updated attachment + limited appendices as appropriate (e.g., PCT)

1. Briefly describe the organization and project evaluated (additional project details can be provided
within an appendix if necessary).
2. Assess each of the four aspects of the PCT:
a. Success
b. Leadership/Sponsorship
c. Project Management
d. Change Management
3. Develop, and justify, a recommendation on how the project change management process can be (or could have been) improved.
