Nutrition is being removed from the Nursing and Medical curriculum in some universities/colleges. Studies vary, but it has been noted that only 20-40 % of medical schools require a minimum of 25 hours of nutrition! Our class has 45 hours! Not only that but in 2023, the journal Nutrients reported that 86% of physicians reported feeling unqualified to offer nutrition advice! What is your opinion on this information?
